Grace sessions 5

Isa 43:19 See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.

..........See the impossible.......Just  like one in a valley needs to keeping looking up and ahead to the high place on the mountain and the road ahead leading to it to remind himself that he is coming out of the valley, so also is the direction and intention of our devotional verse today.

The voice of God in the verse points us to see what God is doing in the midst of any situation and God is always working a new thing in our favour. God always wants us to view every situation from His eyes and see what He is seeing for us which at many times seems impossible making it only attainable by faith, remember that without faith we don't please God, so without seeing the impossible being possible you also fail to please God because you are not in faith.

Please note that the new thing is happening now, God is working it in the midst of the first lockdown of 2021 a year you were not expecting a lockdown.

Lastly know that the new thing shall amaze you and satisfy you like a stream through a desert, this illustration is speaking of a miraculous and endless supply of God in this season. See through God's eyes because with God you shall experience the impossible made possible.

Galatians 4:5  To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons

You have the blood of God in you.It is important to take note of the above verse because of the  new testament mystery of our transformation that it reveals. The book of Galatians is special and specific to reveal to us the beauty and benefit of the change that has happened to us because of the change from the covenant of law to the new covenant of Grace.

In natural terms an adopted child now has the same name as the adopting parent and may enjoy all the natural benefits from the adopting parent but the child may not potray or show off the same traits in character and natural looks as the adopting parent because they don't share the same blood hence their DNA is not the same and this is where these similarities come from.

A true relationship is established from the blood. The adoption we have received from God our Father is much more than a natural adoption. When we believe in Jesus and confess His Lordship receiving His spirit in us, we also have our blood changed from the sinful blood of Adam to the righteous blood of Jesus, we are made sons by the blood instantly.

The blood of Jesus which was shed on the cross was not lost but is freely and abundantly given to all those who believe in Him so that they are identified together with Him even by the same blood and the same DNA.

You are now both spiritually like God by the Spirit and even physically like Him by the blood and even the flesh of your body is like His, that is fully what it means receiving the adoption as Sons. As you are now like God by your DNA everything that is His is definitely yours, Oh hallelujah, Amen to this.
