Titus 2:11-12 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
....Grace is your perfect inbuilt teacher...... It is important for you to know dear Saint that Grace is God's perfect new testament gift to his church. Grace is the person of Christ Jesus. Many wonder how they will be able to walk godly and do things that please God, hence many deny that grace is all that a person needs to do the right things before God.
There is a wrong thought that grace is not sufficient for good works but one needs will power to do good works. The above verse answers that question dear Saint. Firstly it is important to note that you don't get your own salvation but Grace has come to bring salvation to all who are willing and believing.
To those who trust in God's grace and focus on it, this grace teaches a believer from within to deny ungodliness ( which means the spirit of Grace inside of you will lead you in what to do and what not to do) so that you live in a way that pleases God.
The word salvation there means walking in every good work and every good deed....your part is to only focus on God's grace and God's grace will peacefully lead you....Hurray for God's Grace.
Ephesians 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
......The blood of Jesus has much more ........Let us have this illustration of what has happened through the blood of Jesus. Let us say that the total weight and value of your lifetime sins from Adam is worth USD$100 000 and it needs to be paid for for you to be forgiven. Then comes Jesus with the lifetime payment for your sins but it is in His blood and unlike the value of your sins which seems so big, the payment of Jesus is worth much more than your sins' value to the value of USD 100 trillion dollars.
You take away USD$100 000 from USD 100 trillion there is a greatly huge remainder that is all yours to enjoy and account for your justice, righteousness, freedom and rich supply for your needs. So Jesus did not just pay for your sins but from that payment He gave us an inexhaustible lifetime supply of His riches of Righteousness for our peace and enjoyment. The devil wants you to focus on the worth of your sins which is a mere 100 thousand, but God is saying focus on the full payment which is much more than your sins, 100 trillion.
So Jesus has fully dealt with your sins and given us life in abundance from that, please dear Saint, the payment part is His, the abundant life part is yours to enjoy, believe it and live it by faith in Jesus. The blood of Jesus is worth much more, it's all yours.
